    I see clients at my Denver mental health practice Monday yhrough Fridays from 10:00am to 8:
    00pm.  I have client hours at other times or on weekends only by special arrangement.



    I charge up to $125 for a 50-minute counseling session and provide a sliding scale fee
    schedule based on income. I also give a discount for daytime appointments. Payment is due
    by cash or check at the time of each session. I do not turn anyone away for financial reasons.

    I accept insurance from TriCare, TriCare for Life, and TriWest (Counseling for active duty or
    retired military personnel in the military health system) and Humana West, Guardian, and
    LifeSynch Insurance through CorpHealth.

    For out-of-network providers and PPO's, I give clients a statement they can submit to
    insurance companies for reimbursement due under their policy.

    I do not use e-mails in the therapeutic relationship, although I occasionally exchange e-mails
    with clients on non-therapeutic matters, such as setting up or rescheduling an appointment.

    I am also willing to arrange for telephone therapy sessions and consultations.

    I check my psychotherapy telephone messages on a regular basis throughout the day, in the
    evening, and over weekends. I try to return calls as soon as I can. I often return calls within
    an hour of receiving a message, but it can be longer, although usually within 24 hours.

    I have a professional colleague cover for me when I am out of town..

    Denver's City Park.  Parking is on-street
    on either 17th Ave or Madison. The office
    is located on the RTD bus line, Route 20.

corporation, or non-profit organization. GLOW Counceling serves the online community, as well as communities in
Metro Denver and Boulder, Colorado: Arvada, Aurora, Broomfield, Commerce City, Glendale, Englewood, Lakewood,
